Actress Jessica Alba gave birth to her second daughter, Haven Garner Warren, with husband Cash Warren yesterday. Her first daughter, Honor, is now 3 years old.
With the second baby, Jessica had hypnobirth classes to prepare. It is not like a mother is hypnotized during childbirth and then she just wakes up with a new baby in her arm. Alba says that the hypnobirth needs the assistance of the husband who tells her in a soothing and calming voice that she is a more comfortable position. Then she just concentrates on her breathing.
And it seemed to have worked well with her.
Well, congratulations on the new baby, Jessica! Right now, she is bent on losing the baby weight to get back in shape fast.
