They may be big names in politics but last Sunday, Pasig Rep. Roman Romulo and Valenzuela Councilor Shalani Soledad were two people in love and relishing everything about their elegant and solemn wedding last January 22, 2012 at the St. Benedict Church in Sta. Rosa Laguna.
The couple chose to downplay their wedding in respect to the tragedy that has befallen fellow Filipinos in Mindanao due to the typhoon Sendong.
The motif of their wedding was lavender and green. The flowers used were white casablancas from Holland. Romulo gave his bride a diamond ring that was passed on to them by his mother, Lovely Tecson-Romulo.
Congratulations to the newlyweds! They really make a lovely couple!
