Yesterday, I was a little off. I dunno, kinda emotional, so I wasn’t in the best of mood. I even attempted to start quarreling with hubby, but thankfully it was resolved.
When our daughter Dindin hit the sack, hubby said that he has a new movie for me. I said I still have work so maybe he can wait after I am done with one more article. So he waited.
We started watching The Big Wedding starring many big names in the movie industry, such as Robert De Niro, Katherine Heigl, Diane Keaton, Amanda Seyfried, Topher Grace, Ben Barnes, Susan Sarandon, and Robin Williams. It’s a romantic-comedy film–something that I would like because it is light-hearted. I went on to enjoy the movie with hubby.
The Big Wedding poster. Photo from the internet.After the film, I caught him looking at me and I asked why. He said, “I want you to laugh always and not cry. That’s why I got that movie for you. I know you like that kind of stuff because it makes you happy. So I looked for something like that.”
Awwwww…then somebody sliced onions in the bedroom. I couldn’t help but be touched by his words and his gesture. I was a brat most of the day and all he could think about was how to make me happy. I am teary-eyed again as I am writing this. I love him to bits but I think he just loves me more.
Thank you, Babe. We may not have everything in this life, but we sure have the things that make our hearts grow fonder each day. I love you so much!

I already watched this movie too..I enjoyed the story..I think that its kinda sweet for the long divorced couple to pretend for the sake of their adopted son..they really care for him..and that’s what family should do..”TAKE GOOD CARE OF EACH OTHER”..
