My husband and I so love Big Bang Theory. We have watched it since Episode 1 of Season 1. And tonight, we watched Episode 8 of Season 4 entitled, “The 21-second Excitation.” They had always been funny but this one is the funniest!
Oh boy! By far this was the most hilarious episode ever. We laughed so hard that our daughter woke up to see what the commotion was about. haha We usually watch late at night when she is already asleep. Then we would take out our junk food and put on the ear phone and laugh silently. But tonight was different.
Well, Sheldon just got crazy with Indiana Jones and it was hilarious that he stole the film so that no one else could watch it when he was not allowed in theater. Actually what made him so mad was the fact that his nemesis Will Wheaton got inside although he did not get in line just because he was a celebrity. Meanwhile, Penny, Howard’s girlfriend Bernadette, and Sheldon’s “friend who is a girl,” Amy Farah Fowler had a girl’s night out. They played Truth or Dare and the two other girls may have had struck a nerve in Penny. We are looking forward that in the next episode Penny and Leonard will be together again. Maybe there is a clamor for the two of them to get back together again.
I would like that, too.
For those who do not know what the Big Bang Theory is, I copied this article from Wikipedia.org:
“The Big Bang Theory is an American sitcom created by Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady, both of whom serve as executive producers on the show. It premiered on CBS on September 24, 2007.
Set in Pasadena, California, the show is centered around five characters: two roommate Caltech geniuses, experimental physicist Leonard Hofstadter and theoretical physicist Sheldon Cooper, their neighbor across the hall Penny, an attractive blonde waitress and aspiring actress, and Leonard’s and Sheldon’s friends Howard Wolowitz, an Aerospace engineer and a non-PhD from JPL, and Rajesh Koothrappali, a particle astrophysicist postdoc also working at Caltech, their equally geeky and socially awkward co-workers and friends. The geekiness and intellect of the four guys are contrasted for comic effect with Penny’s social skills and common sense.”
Big Bang Theory the TV series stars Johnny Galecki, Jim Parsons (who is the great Sheldon Cooper), Kaley Cuoco, Simon Helberg, Kunal Nayyar, Sara Gilbert, Melissa Rauch, and Mayim Bialik.
And by the way, I really love the lyrics of their theme song, which was written and performed by Barenaked Ladies.
