Cebu Pacific is expanding its international network in the fourth quarter with new and returning direct flights to China, Vietnam, and Japan. The airline will add routes from Cebu and resume services from Manila and Clark, giving travelers more direct options for international trips ahead of the holiday season.
To celebrate the new and returning routes, Cebu Pacific is also offering a special seat sale from August 7 to 11, 2026. Fares start at PHP 1 one-way base fare, excluding fees and surcharges. The travel period covers October 26, 2026 to March 31, 2027.
Cebu Pacific’s New and Returning Routes
The airline will launch or resume five international routes in the coming months:
- Cebu – Ho Chi Minh: October 26, 3x weekly
- Cebu – Shanghai: November 17, 3x weekly
- Cebu – Nagoya: November 19, 4x weekly
- Clark – Hanoi: November 19, 3x weekly
- Manila – Xiamen: November 23, 2x weekly
Cebu – Ho Chi Minh Flights Resume
Starting October 26, Cebu Pacific will restore its direct flights between Cebu and Ho Chi Minh City.
The route will operate three times a week every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. It gives travelers from Central Visayas a more convenient and affordable way to visit one of Vietnam’s largest cities, known for its rich history and culture.
Cebu – Shanghai Route Launches
Cebu Pacific will begin operating flights between Cebu and Shanghai on November 17.
The Cebu-to-Shanghai service will run three times a week every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The airline said it will be the only local airline offering direct flights between the two cities.
Flights from Shanghai to Cebu will also operate three times a week, every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, starting November 18.
Direct Cebu – Nagoya Flights Begin
On November 19, Cebu Pacific will launch direct flights between Cebu and Nagoya, Japan.
The service will operate four times a week every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Nagoya is the largest city in central Japan. It will also become the third destination in Japan with direct Cebu flights through Cebu Pacific, following Tokyo-Narita and Osaka.
Cebu Pacific said it is the only airline offering direct flights between Cebu and Nagoya.
Clark – Hanoi Flights Return
Cebu Pacific will also relaunch its direct Clark-Hanoi service on November 19.
Flights from Clark to Hanoi will operate three times a week every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Hanoi-to-Clark flights will begin on November 20 and operate every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.
The airline said it is the only carrier offering direct flights between Clark and Vietnam. The route allows travelers from Central Luzon and nearby areas to fly to Hanoi without transiting through Manila.
Manila – Xiamen Service Resumes
Cebu Pacific will resume direct flights between Manila and Xiamen on November 23.
The service will operate twice a week every Monday and Friday. It will further expand the airline’s network in China.
Cebu Pacific currently operates direct flights from Manila to Shanghai and Guangzhou.
Cebu Pacific Expands Its International Network

Passengers can also purchase additional baggage allowance and pre-order meals to make their journey more convenient. The airline accepts various payment options, including credit and debit cards and e-wallets, for flight bookings and add-ons.
