It is a sad time for Demi Moore as she files for divorce to end her marriage to husband Ashton Kutcher. They had been married for 6 years.
Kutcher reportedly cheated on Moore on the day of their sixth anniversary with a much younger girl. After the reports, the couple still tried to mend their marriage with some spiritual retreats. But eventually, Demi gave up and she is making it clear to everyone that the reason for the divorce was Ashton’s infidelity.
Demi was quoted as saying:
“It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton. As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life. This is a trying time for me and my family, and so I would ask for the same compassion and privacy that you would give to anyone going through a similar situation.”

Ashton also released the following message after his ex-wife’s statement:
“I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi. Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and unfortunately sometimes they fail. Love and Light, AK.”
It is just so sad when marriages end this way. Even if it is in Hollywood, there is just so much repercussion to people around the world. It just resounds that marriage has become unimportant, something that is disposable, and just so easily forgotten.
I wonder how Sara Leal is feeling right now? She is the other woman being referred to in news reports about Ashton’s fling. She was very proud to announce to the whole world that she had a one-night-stand with the actor. Is that something that a young lady of 22 should be proud of?
