Wow, it is the month of July once again and in over a week, I will be turning another year older.
But honestly, I don’t have time and the dough to celebrate. I really just want a quiet birthday with my husband and daughter. Maybe we can just have dinner or something somewhere, like what we did during our belated anniversary celebration.
What I really would like to do is to enjoy a plate of pizza much like Julia Roberts in Eat Pray Love. Of course, we will not be doing it in Naples, but well, Mamma Maria’s or Greenoz will do. Or maybe Yellow Cab. teehee It’s just going to hurt my wallet.
I do remember that on May 11, 2009, days before our wedding, Dennis and I spent some time off. It was our “monthsary” and we thought of celebrating it. It was going to be our last before getting married. So we ate at the Yellow Cab. Hmmmm…that was four years ago before Dindin. And so of course, we did not have a lot of expenses then and only thought of ourselves.
But really, I would like to do it again. I don’t mind having Dindin around. I just wish that I have the extra budget to do it. 😀
