When we were still dating, Dennis and I had been on rocky soil, too. As with many other couples, we had our own problems. We fought a lot of many different issues that looking back during those times, one would say that these two are not gonna make it together in life if they got married–if ever their relationship ever got better.
There was a time that we really separated because the relationship just got nowhere. If not for God’s grace, we would not be where we are right now.
But thankfully, God is in our midst. We are bible-believing Christians, we believe in Jesus as our Savior and Lord. We are not perfect, but we are believers of the Way. That is why each day, we are a work in progress.
If there is such a thing as how to get your ex back, I think that the best way is to seek God’s way. Is this person really for you? Are you really meant for each other?
I am asking these questions because people tend to want what they could not have, even if they are not in line with God’s will. I believe that God willed for my husband and I to become married despite the odds. He just had to mold us to become the right partner, if not the perfect, for each other before we got married. That is why it took a great deal of time before we finally settled down.
And now I can truly say that we are happily married.
