A couple of weeks ago, my hubby and I started holding our very own “Praise Night.” We planned to have it every Thursday night. We have started by singing songs and simply praising the Lord.
The object of the Praise Night is merely that–to praise the Lord and the splendor of His majesty. It is to give generous praises to the Lord for who He is and what He has done, and to give Him pleasure in hearing the praises of His people.
During Praise Night, there are no petitions–only praises come out of our mouths from hearts that long to adore the Lord.
Sure we pray and ask for our needs, but this one time, which is one night in the week, we dedicate only for the Lord’s pleasure. May He smile down upon us. Praise You, Lord! 😀
its always great to praise God especially when you praise him with your partner..you will both grow with God and I’m sure it will strengthen your marriage more..I hope I could find someone like that..
