Cebu Pacific and The Mind Museum Partner for Fun for Little Juans
Cebu Pacific (PSE: CEB), the Philippines’ leading carrier, brought smiles and curiosity to young learners through its Fun for Little Juans program at The Mind Museum in Taguig. The event gathered more than 100 students from public schools nominated by Cebu Pacific employees and from AHA! Learning Center.
Kids explored interactive science exhibits, joined hands-on activities, and discovered that learning can be fun and exciting.
Inspiring Kids Through Science and Fun
“It also gives our Cebu Pacific team a hands-on way to give back and connect with the communities we serve. We hope these moments light a spark that pushes young minds to dream bigger, ask questions, and see the world with fresh eye,” said Felix Lopez, CEB Chief Human Resources Officer.
The program is part of Cebu Pacific’s CSR initiatives, giving employees a meaningful way to connect with communities. Through this activity, students experienced science in action, inspiring them to ask questions, dream bigger, and see the world with fresh eyes.
Cebu Pacific CSR and the Gokongwei Brothers Foundation
The event also featured a ceremonial turnover of in-kind donations from the Gokongwei Brothers Foundation (GBF) through its Juan Community Program. Educational kits and school supplies were distributed to nominated schools to help bridge learning resource gaps.
Hazel Giron, GBF Program Officer, shared, “The reason we have the Juan Community Program under the Gokongwei Brothers Foundation is to come together to help our educators provide the best quality education for Filipino learners. This is our way of showing that education is not only the work of one institution but also a collective responsibility that thrives when businesses, schools, parents, and the community work hand in hand.”
