The Concentrix Bacolod AIU Site is future-proofing the brand in Bacolod City, Philippines. — Global services and technology leader and the Philippines’ largest private employer Concentrix unveiled its newest site in the country, Bacolod AIU. This move marks the company’s continued investment and commitment to the country and its people. The new site is one of two that Concentrix currently operates in the city.
Sweet Byte: The Concentrix Bacolod AIU Site Launch
The grand launch event called “Sweet Byte” demonstrated the combination of Concentrix’s passion for innovation and Bacolod’s vibrant culture.
Integrating the city’s MassKara Festival to the event, the Concentrix Bacolod AIU site launch included partners from government and private sectors as well as a media roundtable. They also showcased the facilities through a feature video and site tour for guests to experience the vibrant and tech-infused workplace the company has built in the “City of Smiles”.
Pouring Investment Into Bacolod City
With Concentrix’s total investment of almost Php 1.02 Billion in the Bacolod AIU site, it currently occupies four floors spanning 8,246.40 square meters in the building. Among the employee amenities include a game-changer “active zone”, gym, recreational areas, wellness and sleeping lounges among its tailor fitted staff amenities.
Concentrix Bacolod AIU Site caters to approximately 1,800 game-changers, with the common areas also accessible for over 1,300 additional team members located in the other Concentrix site, Bacolod SanParq.

Homegrown Bacolodnon and Concentrix Bacolod Site Director John Robert “Rob” Planta, whose 18-year career in the industry saw him rise from frontline Advisor to Site Director, led the launch activities and joined the roundtable as co-panelist.
