LGUs like Mercado de Calamba and markets such as Carbon Market in Cebu were commended for embracing GCash solutions. Their example showcased the transformational potential of digital integration in everyday transactions.

Commending Growth and Commitment

Dasmariñas City and Victorias City’s rapid adoption of digital payment methods earned them the Digital Breakthrough Growth Award. The Excellence in Digital Transformation Award acknowledged Quezon City, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and Small Business Corporation for fostering sustainable growth in digital transactions.

Championing Innovation

Mandaue City, Tagbilaran City, Valenzuela City, and Bacolod City won the Excellence in Digital Innovation award. These LGUs were recognized for promoting digital payment acceptance across various sectors,

Recognizing Pioneers

Makati City, the Department of Trade and Industry, and the Pag-IBIG Fund received the Pioneer in Digital Financial Adoption Award for their industry-defining contributions.

Celebrating Inclusivity

The Catalyst in Financial Inclusion Award acknowledged the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Philippine National Police – Anti-Cybercrime Group (PNP-ACG), and others for enabling widespread access to digital financial services.
