BACOLOD CITY – Negros Power August 2025 electricity rates show only a slight adjustment for consumers in Negros Occidental. The utility announced an average residential rate of Php 11.50 per kilowatt-hour (kWh), a modest increase of Php 0.13/kWh from July’s Php 11.37/kWh.
This small increase comes despite a noticeable surge in the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM), where rates jumped from Php 4.88/kWh to Php 5.46/kWh—an increase of Php 0.58/kWh. Why Negros Power August 2025 Electricity Rates Changed
