The Negros Power PaKAPE Program continues to strengthen ties with communities as it brought together barangay leaders in Talisay City.
The Negros Electric and Power Corporation conducted its PaKAPE Program on April 16, 2026. The event took place at Minuluan Hall in Talisay City. It gathered 27 barangay officials and captains from across the city.
