Vikings Buffet Bacolod has revealed their new offerings for the month of October, starting on the 15th. It’s for the Masskara Festival and their 4th anniversary month.
Remembering the Opening of Vikings Buffet Bacolod
I will always remember the opening of Vikings Buffet here in Bacolod because I celebrated my 40th birthday there!
Vikings Luxury Buffet, SM City Bacolod will be celebrating its 4th year. They will be serving sumptuous, overflowing, gastronomic feasts. Vikings opened during the Masskara Festival season, coinciding with the city’s party mood. I find the brilliance in the timing. Every time the city celebrates so does Vikings Bacolod.
The new dishes may simply be the Bacolodnon’s everyday favorites, but by adding a twist to them, new flavor sensations tickle the palate. From perfecting a popular pork barbecue to tweaking the flavors of the well-known chicken inasal. They also created a fusion of international and local flavors on pasta and pizza. Plus, they have leveled up the desserts that we crave for.
Eat Like a Viking at Vikings Buffet Bacolod
Vikings Buffet Bacolod is one of the first luxury buffet dining experience at the mall. They opened several years ago and they still continue to be a crowd favorite for celebrations. Located at the ground floor of SM City Bacolod north wing, it’s just so accessible for everyone.
For the month of October that coincides with the Bacolod MassKara Festival, Vikings Buffet Bacolod also celebrates their 4th anniversary. They are joining Bacolod City for the month-long celebration.
Bacolod Vikings PR man Toots Jimenez says that this Bacolod buffet restaurant has new dishes to add to the fun of “eating like a Viking”.
To me eating like a Viking is no longer just eating abundantly. As Vikings have a flair for exploration, #EatLikeAViking means discovering more flavors and embarking a gastronomic adventure.
Special 4th Anniversary Dishes
Vikings Bacolod Executive Chef Jesse Factor and team gave a preview of these new additions to their buffet menu. Additionally, they also showed new twists to their original dishes.
