Last September 12, at an event for book-loving partners, Big Bad Wolf Philippines Managing Partner Carol Chuaying shared Wolfie’s mission and the upcoming Bacolod book sale. “Bacolod has such a vibrant community, and we are delighted to be coming back,” said Chuaying. “After almost a year, we are back in Bacolod to mark another chapter in our mission. We want to bring the residents of the city on board for our mission to reach 1M new readers this year. We are grateful to our partners who help strengthen our mission to ignite a love for reading and to build a future where books inspire, empower, and transform lives.”
Big Bad Wolf Books Regional Head Bernard Lee also got the chance to discuss the work put in by Big Bad Wolf into catering to the interests of their customers. “Our second book sale in Bacolod invites readers to reconnect with old favorites, uncover new treasures, and cultivate a passion for books. Since our visit last year, we have refined our strategy to better meet the preferences of our readers,” Lee shared. He also emphasized Big Bad Wolf’s goal to make reading accessible for all. He added, “We remain committed to promoting literacy and nurturing a love for reading in communities throughout the country.”
