When you are a lady considering several suitors, what do you do when there are so many choices lining up in front of you? The best recourse is to get to know each one better. The same is true with cars. With the many top-of-the-line vehicles offered by Ford Philippines, what do you need to do in order to zero in on that car that is best for you? Test drive one. And here is my take when I was introduced and got to test drive the Ford Everest. Yes, this is all about the Ford Everest.

I got to ride and drive the award-winning Ford Ranger and Ranger Raptor several times for long distances. And I am already convinced that Ford’s pickup trucks are deserving all the accolades.
It was quite alright for me to vouch for the fleet of pickup trucks as a family car since we are only a family of four. That way, we don’t have a problem sitting everybody.
Then there is the Ford Territory that won me over because of the Moonroof. Well, and also all the techy stuff that makes it one of the safest vehicles I have read about.
But wait! What if we have guests? What if it rains and we have luggage at the truck bed? We can solve the problem of the luggage getting wet. But since it is not safe and even against the law to have people ride in the cargo bed, maybe an SUV would be a better option as a family car. Hence, here is where the Ford Everest comes in.
Before going to the Ford Showroom, I was already assuming that all the innovations and gadgetries I like about the Wildtrak and Raptor are most likely incorporated in the Ford Everest. But it was another thing when I heard about them first-hand from Sir Joenik de Luna, as he confirmed what used to be just my hunch.
He also said that the motors of newer vehicles are more environment-friendly. They give the utmost performance on the road while using less fuel. That fuel-efficiency also saves us big amounts for our monthly family budget.
What Are My Favorite Ranger Gizmos That are Also in the Ford Everest?
The Ford Everest Titanium has the same engine as the Wildtrak 4×4 and the Ranger Raptor. So in terms of power, you can rely on the Titanium with its 2.0L Bi-Turbo Diesel. You can experience the same smooth and fuel-efficient drive because of its 10-Speed Automatic Transmission.
This is a large car with a big capacity. So for easy city driving in tight spaces, there is the Active Park Assist and Reverse Drive Guide. Moreover, proximity sensors guide the driver if danger is nearby.

Meanwhile, the Ford Everest Titanium is a 7-seater vehicle and there is no more truck bed for cargo. But if you have big stuff to carry, you have the option to convert the third-row seats into a cargo compartment.
If you need more space for additional stuff, the second row may also be folded to give you more room for your packages. This is only applicable if you have no passengers seated on the second row, like when wifey and I would go furniture shopping. We usually don’t bring the kids so that we can concentrate on our choices and use the back seat for extra room for our purchase when we get back home.
Other Features That Could Make the Ford Everest Your Smart Choice
As with the other Ford vehicles, the Ford Everest is a smart and modern machine. It has Smart Keyless Entry and Push-Button Start, Rain Sensing Wipers, and the SYNC-3 for your gadgets.
My bestfriend, who now works and resides in Cagayan de Oro City, owned an Everest. He used to rave about it features and relate to me why it is his favorite car. So that’s another person’s testimony for you.
This year, the Everest received another badge as Best Mid-Sized SUV for 2020 at the 16th Annual Awards of C! Magazine.

Ang ganda po talaga ng Ford na sasakyan. Kahit po si partner talagang sinasabi na magandang klaseng sasakyan po ito. At ikinaganda po nito ay yung dami ng pwede sumakay lalo na po sa malalaking pamilya..
If sky is the limit lang ang budget, pwede na rin ito 1st choice.

A 7-seater vehicle can be a great asset because it can hold many more passengers and if you are going on a long holiday you can have the 3rd row converted for luggage and even add a bike rack for bicycles and a roof rack for additional storage.
