Now, Negros Power is committed to giving premium customer care as they transition to handling the distribution utility that used to be CENECO.

Negros Power is committed to delivering service beyond power. They have set up an office ensuring top-notch service to fulfill this promise. As they begin to serve Bacolod City and Central Negros better, CENECO and Negros Power management have decided to use the temporary office of Negros Power to handle customer transactions for consumer convenience. The temporary office includes the following high-quality amenities:

Convenient Location and Shuttle Service
The temporary office is conveniently located on the second floor of Robinsons East Center, Burgos St, Brgy. Villamonte, Bacolod City. Consumers visiting the CENECO office on Mabini Street can enjoy a complimentary shuttle service to the Negros Power office. Direct visits to the Negros Power office are also encouraged.
Operating Hours
The office operates from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday, with no noon break.
