One Manhattan at The Upper East
Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, real estate development continues to flourish in Bacolod City. Families want to find good and secure places to live in, especially that people are encouraged to stay at home more in the new normal.
The 14-storey One Manhattan condominium will be the third residential tower inside the 34-hectare township called The Upper East.
What makes One Manhattan different from all of Megaworld’s condominium towers in Bacolod is that it boast of many ‘first-in-Bacolod’ amenities.
These are lifestyle amenities designed to add more recreational and leisurely experiences to its residents. With all these amenities, they would want to stay safely at home instead of going out.
Here are the proposed first-in-Bacolod condominium amenties of One Manhattan:
- Wall climbing facility
- Putting green
- Mini track oval with fitness gym
- Outdoor Jacuzzi at the second level amenity deck
- An exclusive bar and lounge at the tower’s roofdeck. This will overlook Bacolod’s cityscape, the Negros mountains in the east, and the amazing sunset on Guimaras Strait in the west.
Other First-Class Amenities
On top of the luxurious lifestyle amenities, One Manhattan also features other first-class amenities that will make it feel like you are living out of a magazine.
- Private dining room
- Adult and kiddie pools
- Pool deck with an outdoor shower area
- Game and entertainment room
- Function hall
- Reading nooks
- Outdoor seating areas, and an outdoor children’s play area.
The entire amenity deck and the main lobby will also have WiFi internet access for the convenience of its residents.
