Negros Power (Negros Electric and Power Corporation) and Todo Media co-hosted an event that brought together media personalities, vloggers, bloggers, content creators, special guests, and esteemed business partners. This event, which took place on December 19, 2023, was to launch Todo Media. They also inaugurated its Bacolod office at the ARDC Building on Galo Street in Bacolod City.
Todo Media: Strengthening Media-Consumer Relations
Todo Media acts as the public and media relations firm representing MORE Power in Iloilo and Negros Power in Negros Occidental. Their existence is dedicated to bridging the gap between power distribution utilities and consumers. The launch of this new office symbolizes their dedication to improving communication and engagement within the community.
As Negros Power is dedicated to providing excellent customer care. Negros Power will soon be the electric distribution utility of Central Negros. And one of the key elements to be able to do this is to provide important information to the consumers.
It should be noted that currently, CENECO continues to function as the primary power distributor in Central Negros. However, CENECO entered a Joint Venture Agreement with Primelectric Holdings Inc. to establish Negros Electric and Power Corporation, a move already approved by consumers through a plebiscite. Additionally, the Committee on Legislative Franchises of the House of Representatives has granted preliminary approval for Negros Power’s franchise. And around the same period, National Electrification Administration (NEA) aligned with the plebiscite’s results, has given its approval for the Joint Venture Agreement between Negros Power and CENECO.
Highlights of the Inauguration
The momentous ribbon-cutting ceremony was led by Todo Media CEO Jonathan Cabrera and Negros Power AVP for Customer Care, Ms. Maricel Pe. This marked the official commencement of operations. An office blessing presided over by Monsignor Felix Pasquin and a Bacolod media thanksgiving capped the event. It was accompanied by an early dinner serving cocktails and drinks.
Todo Media’s Vision
CEO Jonathan Cabrera expressed excitement about the new Bacolod office. He emphasized its role in cultivating relationships with media contacts. Cabrera stressed Todo Media’s identity as a partner, not a competitor, to existing broadcasting and news outlets in the city, particularly in sales and advertising.

But to be able to extend warm Christmas greetings and gratitude for continued cooperation, he sent an audio message instead. Castro reaffirmed Negros Power’s commitment to providing improved services, affordable electricity rates, and an eco-friendly portfolio. He sought ongoing support from the media.
Celebration and Future Prospects
