Todo Media: Strengthening Media-Consumer Relations

Their existence is dedicated to bridging the gap between power distribution utilities and consumers. The launch of this new office symbolizes their dedication to improving communication and engagement within the community.

As Negros Power is dedicated to providing excellent customer care. Negros Power will soon be the electric distribution utility of Central Negros. And one of the key elements to be able to do this is to provide important information to the consumers.

It should be noted that currently, CENECO continues to function as the primary power distributor in Central Negros. However, CENECO entered a Joint Venture Agreement with Primelectric Holdings Inc. to establish Negros Electric and Power Corporation, a move already approved by consumers through a plebiscite. Additionally, the Committee on Legislative Franchises of the House of Representatives has granted preliminary approval for Negros Power’s franchise. And around the same period, National Electrification Administration (NEA) aligned with the plebiscite’s results, has given its approval for the Joint Venture Agreement between Negros Power and CENECO.

Highlights of the Inauguration

The momentous ribbon-cutting ceremony was led by Todo Media CEO Jonathan Cabrera and Negros Power AVP for Customer Care, Ms. Maricel Pe. This marked the official commencement of operations.
