Megaworld launched another residential condominium development inside The Upper East township in Bacolod City. It was held in a press conference at the Stonehill Suites. They made the announcement six months after launching their first residential tower, One Regis. This is now sold out.
Two Regis Condominiums
The Two Regis Condominiums is a 14-storey residential tower that will be built at the corner of Regis and Madison Streets.
Strategically located just beside the proposed Megaworld Lifestyle Mall, Two Regis will offer the following units:
- Studio – up to 31.5 square meters
- Executive Studio – up to 37.5 square meters
- One-Bedroom – up to 43.5 square meters
- Two-Bedroom – up to 87 square meters
Meanwhile, several available units have will their own balcony, overlooking the transforming landscapes of the 34-hectare township.
Three Skygardens
A key feature of the Two Regis Condominiums, which the wifey loves, will be the three Skygardens. Two of them will be located on the 12th level, which is also known as the Lower Sky Suites Floor, and another one at the center of the 8th level, or the Garden Suites Floor.
Meanwhile, the penthouse floor, called the Upper Sky Suites Floor, will offer units in varying size options. It also has unparalleled views of the sunrise from the Negros Mountain Ranges and the sunset along Guimaras Strait.
What One Regis did not have, has made Two Regis a more premium option. However, One Regis buyers should not be dismayed. Their property has already appreciated in value at the rate of 20% year on year in less than one year.

“We’ve promised Bacolod with a first-class township and we expect things to rise in the next three to five years,” she says.
Two Regis will be completed by 2023.
Land Development of The Upper East
Land development of the township has already started late last year. This includes pipe-laying of underground utility lines, as well as sewerage and drainage facilities.
While Bacolodnons are starting to complain about the slow rise of structures at The Upper East, their condo units are selling at an incredible pace. In less than a year, all units of One Regis have sold out and pre-selling for Two Regis has started.

Additionally, the company is scheduled to start the construction of the Lopue’s Annex Mall inside the township in the first half of this year. It will pave the way for the construction of the six-lane Upper East Avenue leading to Circumferential Road.
