Gracing the grand opening on September 1, 2023 was CM & Sons Food Products, Inc.’s CEO & President, Mr. Jonathan Manuel T. Lo together with his son, Mr. Jeremy Manuel Lo. Guest of honor was Bacolod City Councilor Cindy Tan-Rojas.

As with all their past store opening events, there was a motorcade, drumbeaters to provide entertainment, a siopao-eating contest, and of course, Buy 1-Take 1 promos. Customers can buy their favorite Bacolod pasalubong treats like biscocho and piaya in bundles, giving them big savings.

On this milestone celebration, Merzci was also thrilled to launch its newest product, the Ube Napoleones.

This unique and delicious treat is a combination of the beloved flavors of ube (purple yam) with the classic Napoleones pastry.
